This production line is widely used in the automatic batching, packaging of various materials. Material with types between 1 and 10 from each hopper, computerized control system automatically distribute each kind of material according to pre-set ratio into weighing system. After each batching process ends, the mixed material will be delivered into the bottom hopper by screw elevator or operator. After homogenization process, the material will be automatically discharged and delivered up to storage hopper for automatic measuring and packaging by screw.

Many processes required that precise quantities of Ingredients be brought together to make up a Specific batch or formula. Each ingredient has fast & slow speed, feed, automatic target weights set and Multiple weigh hoppers or loss-of-weight feeders may also be used to formulate the batch Commercial programmable logic controllers (PLC’s) are used for system management and ease of operation.
